Our Approach to Security
Security of our clients' data and our internal systems is central in our approach to employment. Whether field-based work, or within one of our offices, we implement a Pre-Employment Screening (PES) process for every individual we employ. We check particular credentials of candidates, to ensure the security of all work we carry out, as well as the data to which we have access.

All potential candidates are informed of our requirements to check the following information prior to interview stage, and all contracts of employment are subject to satisfactory authentication.

Verification of the candidate's identity, such as a photo drivers licence or valid passport; |

Verification of a candidate's right to work in the United Kingdom; |
 |
Confirmation of a candidate's employment history (up to 2 years); |
 |
A check of the candidate's financial status, ensuring no adverse credit history; |

Completion of a Criminal Record Check |
